PCMR’S Spring Grüv
Want to end the ski season with a splash? There’s simply no better place to do it than at one of Park City’s most beloved events, the Spring Grüv. This annual event celebrates the return of longer days and more sunlight with a packed calendar of free activities and fun. For 16 days, the region comes together for concerts on the village stage, plenty of on-mountain competitions, and family-friendly events. And of course there’s the annual favorite, the pond skimming contest. At this lively event, costumed contestants attempt to skim across an icy pond on their skis and snowboards. A spring break party that the entire family can enjoy, it's a sight to be seen and a celebration you won't want to miss.
Spring Concert Series, Presented by Verizon
As the weather gets warmer, there’s no better way to celebrate than by kicking back with some free live music every Saturday throughout the spring. Show up to catch your favorite band, or stay to experience something completely new while seated at various outdoor venues throughout town surrounded by the picturesque Wasatch Mountains. Top off the night with dinner or cocktails on historic Main Street for a night to remember.
Pink Park City
Pink Park City has always been a beloved event. This is a day where cancer survivors and supporters gather in solidarity to celebrate together, remember loved ones, and advance lifesaving cancer research. This ski party event aims to conquer cancer through community, and there are plenty of donation options and ways to participate. All of the money raised will support research for various types of cancers at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Rally the kids and head out with the whole family for some egg-stra special fun. Matt Knoop Park hosts the annual tradition of the Local’s Easter Egg Hunt for kids ages 1 through 10 who compete to find the Golden Egg. Or, if your little ones are more into arts and crafts, take them to the Easter Celebration at the Kimball Art Center where they can learn to dye eggs using marbling, glitter, and wax-resist techniques. For an adults-only Easter celebration, head to Riverhorse’s annual Brunch Buffet for a local time-honored tradition. Be sure to make a reservation, though, as this favorite tends to fill up quickly.
